    Breakfast

    Today is Qaumee Dhuvas (Maldives National Day). Regular readers will know I don't need much of an excuse to post a breakfast picture from there. Today marks the island nation's liberation from 15 years of Portuguese occupation in 1573. I don't think I would ever tire of having a floating breakfast in the swimming pool. This one is from the Mercure Maldives Kooddoo.
