perhaps the difference is in the fact that there was a return of capital as part of the $100m payment.?
Some graphs there get 'normalised', and so do not reflect the actual price that was traded at that time...
I'm sure someone will clear up the confusion.
Either way, I think we can safely say there is a BREAKOUT.
