I accept your point but would say this I accept that the sale of shares had to occur, the delay in producing AKD1000 had to occur, the strict adherence to NDA’s had to occur and so an effective strategy was needed to bring all shareholders along with the company.
The Board does not exist without the support of Key Management personnel and forward planning is or should be a joint effort of this group. The strategic plan they struck has not worked very well and so the gate has been left open for the bus carrying the shorters, fraudsters and manipulators to drive in and park at the front door.
None of which changes the science or the EAP engagements or is of concern to NASA.
