Ann: Manufacturing Agreement with Fenda Technology for CONNEQT, page-40

I am personally very happy with that announcement to sign this manufacturing deal with Fenda Technologies. Fenda Technologies are working since 1993 with several overseas companies together to manufacture all kinds of electronic gadgets. I can't find any incidents where Fenda Technologies broke their agreements with foreign companies. They are an established company with over 500 million $ revenue year by year and I can't imagine they put their reputation in the drain.
Nearly every wearable technology company produces at least partial in conjunction with a Chinese manufacturing company. Apple,Fitbit,Garmin, Omron, etc....you name it... are all producing in China.
Anyhow, I think it is a great strategic move from Coops to connect with the greater Chinese market and beyond. The only reason that the share price didn't run as expected by many shareholders, is the financing of the options conversion....IMO....Coops plan of world domination in the wearable market is progressing nicely...I fully trust his masterplan.
The achievements by Craig Cooper since he took over CDX in 2018 are extremely encouraging so far...GL
