Issue of equity
The Company announces that on the 13 August 2009 has issued and allotted 60,000,000 new Ordinary Shares in the Company at 0.5p per shares for a net consideration of £270,000 (gross £300,000).
The following new relevant shareholders are:
Global Investment Strategy UK Limited: 16m shares
Global Investment Strategy UK Limited is owned by Mr J Gunn.
Kent Finance Limited: 20m shares
Kent Finance Limited is owned by Mr Bengt Hornberg
Saphi Asset Management Limited: 20m shares
Saphi Asset Management Limited is owned by Ian Van Stratum
Following the issue of equity above the issued share capital of the Company comprises 167,833,333 Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence.
The Board of Worldwide has raised this new capital in order to pursue the due diligence of a new acquisition that has been identified.
