Its a pretty lousy day remember. The general market is taking a hit today.
If only they had this to announce last week. I'd say there would have been a pretty good chance of it busting through 6c, and then some.
Capital is the lifeblood for juniors, and now thats been sorted. I don't care what anyone says, this Imo is another major milestone for Pen. Now they really don't need anyone, they can go it alone.
