It is IMPLICIT in this announcement AND past announcements that PEN is being fast tracked., and I am very much prepared to argue that particular point.

If you have been following the Company's announcements (as I have), it's progress (as I have), and it's third party Reports such as Hartley's and Southern Cross Equities (as I have)., then you would realise the sp-e-e-e-e-e-d at which this Company is moving.

PEN recently negotiated to buy all historical drills (some 5,100 drills) for the cost of ~$1m recently - didn't that speed things up??? How much more in terms of time & money would that have cost??? other than a million dollars??? I could go on!

Regarding your other point re; fees, commission etc - so, are you going to do it for free??? LOL.

I do however appreciate what you are saying about ADY!
