Think a few were thinking FYI would keep 100% and Alcoa would throw buckets of money at them
Alcoa always wanted a large share, fact of life

Am guessing Alcoa may have done the "you want the money, we want a big%"
Smaller % much less money

For me have been on board for a number of years, always a long term investment, along the way there have been really good times and a currently when some short term investors sold out on higher than obtainable JV.

Have purchased a few more at these levals and will continue to hold
