As for the walls on each side, clearly its been set so the price does not go up on unjustified reason. 8c wall is strong due to cap rise price. people are keep selling but u never see below 8 because that'll be stupid. Once the permit comes (which is literally between now and 3 weeks probs) that 1c wall is either taken out or bought. Patience
