Not sure mate. I'm gonna have to check with my accountant.
I use Stator AFM software to track all my trades and it has the Tax rules programmed into it so hopefully it all gets taken care of for me (but it will be worth double-checking).
Hopefully there will be tax to pay after the subsequent bites of the cherry!
