what are you talking about? i said the stock is not a growth stock, but the company is, i.e. company will experience npat growth and the stock price hasn't priced that in at all (why NIC is so interesting). stock=/=company. NIC is a growth company, but not a growth stock. growth stock by definition price in tremendous npat growth and have much longer duration than value stocks, NIC's share price is definitely not doing this.

if this stock was priced as a growth stock (something like high 20s p/e) i wouldn't have bought it, hence why i said i wouldn't touch certain very long duration stocks with 10% cagr and 50 p/e, all earnings priced in til judgement day.
