I agree, i read it as it looks like the Irish license is secure however..... FY22 guidance might need to be adjusted but they won't know until after they have spoken to CBI in late October.
No doubt they can re jig some of the programs to alleviate some negative impacts to seasonal programs. e.g. if a mall business has 70% of their spend in Nov and Dec they can ensure this is ok and they can offset in another program
