Australia has it challenges with distance etc but These a mitigated by quaility road rail and air infrastructure. The heat poses a challenge but it a constant . Unlike Kazakhstan which can swing minus 20 to plus 50.
australia is also stable English speaking with a excellent .. try build something in PNG Highlands or Mozambique that's a challenge .
