I wouldn't be certain students will be coming back in their droves just yet, For example, the UK borders are open to Chinese students but there aren't many going yet.
In saying that, once we're mostly all vaccinated and borders have been open for a bit, confidence will come back and students should return in high numbers (given they haven't been able to arrive for over 2 years), so there's pent up demand. Could see a big surge in diagous at that point.
One think I'm wary of is the shift away from diagou shopping to e-commerce. For example, if people can buy through CBEC or local e-commerce for a similar price then the economics of the diagou doesn't stack up in the same way it used to.
