Interesting read below on SaaS company valuations (it's the reason company's like Xero or WiseTech etc have such high valuations). Our current $14m ARR x 16.6 ARR should equal a valuation of $232m or $3.63 share price
At today's $0.75 share price ($48m valuation) means we are currently trading at ~3x ARR, massive upside available with these continued big customer contract wins. Flying under the radar which is excellent, can accumulate more with great value.
- I can see why the Chairman (Ed Reynolds via Reyer Investments) owns 12.15% and keeps accumulating more shares on market.
Similarly, Topline Capital Partners LP (via BNP Paribas) keeps accumulating, previously they had 6.7m shares (see below), but based on the latest annual report (also see below) they now have 7.9m shares and are the largest holders with 12.3% ownership
