Maybe doing the CR now is more of a time management thing, so they can hit the ground running when and if we get the approval so the speak.
Personally I would sooner it be done now and get it out of the way, then when we get the approval the share price can run unhindered without a CR poping up and killing the momentum as we've probably all seen in the past.
