Okay I'll give you that one, that was pretty witty. Well done.
As for the uptake, it's all Govt regulations and red tape, which is notoriously slow, laboriously so. It'll happen but these things take time. The short term price movements of late have provided me ample opportunity to buy more. This seller really is a gift giver. I have added several parcels since August (including today at $1.30) as sentiment wanes. I only hope this continues in the short term.
