Seeing as though DTR holders are more than happy to let prices be manipulated the way they do, without also contacting ASIC to vent their spleen and handing in appropriate evidences to support the fact, then you're 100% correct! Seems like in that case, ASIC will NOT move on them due to the carefree nature of holders.
Sentiment changed to SELL like whoever it is that's currently been drip selling small volumes for over 1 month now. Sorry, took me an entire month to figure that out!
