The failure of this Bill would be a rocket for the share price. But it will probably just gather dust for a long, long time.
This is a classic "wedge" tactic by Zali, trying to get publicity and create division within the Coalition, especially for local Coalition MPs.
The Libs will use procedural parliamentary rules to stall the Bill. As the Parliamentary website says "It may take months or even years for a bill to pass through Parliament".
