Exactly! And if oppies or shares are issued as 'Performance Rights' then why shouldn't they be able to sell them and enjoy the reward for their performance? The fact is he still holds exactly the same number of shares in the company as he did before! If he'd exercised the options and not sold anything he would have increased his stake in the company and maybe he's happy with his $18 million stake? Has anyone here ever held $18 million worth of a company? I'd say 90%+ of AF's net worth is tied up in this company!
