The problem in that analysis is why not just bought IBG on the market slowly at 4c now, or even at 2c and 3c when it was that those levels not that long ago ?
They could build up a 19.9% stake taking their long sweet time . Why do they have to pay 12c ?
The sp would rise only if a suitor declares their intention to buy out the remaining or a controlling stake.
From 20% holding they just need another 30%+ to get a controlling stake.
