MEBOB. You email the company sec to ask for a form to convert them. Each one you pay 3c to convert. Total cost is 3c + what you paid for them. Heads need to be this combined price, or very near, to be worthwhile, or you just let them expire, buy heads on market instead and spend less overall. Something like that.
