Also of interest is the low cost of production per oz for EVG.
If you look at an EXM Presentation from 03/08/09 (page 23) you see that at $333 per oz cost of production from Las Lagonus, EVG is well within the lowest 10% production costs on a global basis.
I think I recall that Venezuela will have even lower production costs due to the extremely low costs of power there.
This gives EVG a huge margin of safety if and when the demand/ supply equation eventually changes for gold and the price cyclically declines.
