Well, from my original ~60k investment, I have already had a divvy of $4800, thats 3 years interest from bank @4%p.a, so I am ahead already, when Centro return to a 10c divvy, I will be receiving 120k + p.a as well as massive capital growth. that is a 200% return on my initial investment EVERY YEAR.
It might take a couple of years, but I can wait.
I have the same with VPG, hopefully, this will do the same.
