What an interesting discussion.
One should never underestimate the amount of work involved in running a successful exploration company, or the years of one's life that must be surrendered to achieve that success. And if there is success, the people that create it deserve be remunerated.
All one can ask as a bystanding investor is that one's own interests are similarly accommodated and that one profits equally.
Which continues to be the case at present.
