The difference is that WHC are paying down debt voluntarily in an orderly manner, whereas TER's grossly overpaid and grossly overrated Executive Chairman has been dragged kicking and screaming to finally have the right decision made for him.
I wouldn't have re-entered if TER's alternative finance had turned up. We can all be thankful for that.
