If what he says is true the majority of that money from the cobalt would have to go towards remediation of the site. I remember there being a least one 'B' at the beginning of the estimated cost of fixing the mess but I think it was a couple.
QPM will not have to worry about this sort of problem as there are no tailings dams with the DNI process.
They probably wouldn't go near that site, even in one of Clives limousines.
