LDA no longer appear within the top 1000 , I would suggest that they have sold the entire 8,750,000 that was in their account as per my last viewed list dated 10/08/21 . If LDA remains holding any shares outside the top 1000 they would have less than 170,000 , so highly unlikely . ( note scanning the other 36,000 shareholders looking for LDA was not an option ) .

The account known as Mr Louis DiNardo has 11,779,362 shares , this account and holding has remained unchanged . However based on this we can’t come to the conclusion that Lou has sold all or part of the 57 million options . Lou may or may not have used another account ( like any of the below new identities ) for tax purposes , or any other reason .

The list dated 10/08/21 included the following new identities ,
BNP Paribas Nominees Pty Ltd ACF Clearstream , 38,518,524 ( now 41,911,457 )
HSBC Custody Nominee < GSCO > , 25,086,572. ( now 25,124,153 )
UBS Nominees Pty Ltd , 9,335,000 , ( now 9,335,000 )
BNP Paribas Nominees Pty Ltd < Agency Lending DRP A/C > , 6,487,628 ( now 5,934,984 )
BNP Paribas Nominees Pty Ltd < DRP > , 5,987,241 ( now 7,909,976 )

The total of the above as at 10/08/21 was 85,414,965 .
According to a WSJ market report posted here showing Wisdom Tree / Irish Life , Vanguard , BlackRock , First Trust , FV Frankfurter , Renta 4 and ishares , ownership in BRN with a total of 67,963,852 , could indicate that the ownership of 18,000,000 remains a mystery .

stan , your broker data may shed some light if you focus between 25/03/21 and 10/08/21 , the period when the new identities appeared .

Due to the holdings remaining under the 5% substantial holder notice requirements , I’m not sure anyone can categorically say Lou has sold all the shares .

Thank you for this just unclear as to whether you are saying Wisdom Tree/Irish Life/Vanguard/Blackrock etc still show as holding shares???
