Sounds like the poor performance may be due to your entry point. Only thing on managements performance is a massive increase in shareholder value, a move to gold production in a short period of time, obtaining funding for thier lithium project and obtaining 100% sales for the project in advance of it even starting. If your disappointment from the advancements this company has made in such a short period it says more about your expectations then management themselves.
