I have been speaking to a senior person in retailing of electrical goods. U are right that overheads are largely fixed and increased revenue provides leverage. But no way does ' every extra $1 that goes thru the till about 40c will drop straight to the bottom line. A 5% increase in turnover can lead to a 30% increase in profits!' I would say 15c and 10% is more likely. Margins are very tight. I have no DJS but follow its progress. I would take profits at these levels after its incredible run and invest elsewhere. DYOR.
