Forgive my ignorance, but when we refer to a divi in relation to CER, are we talking about the distribution?

I was of the understanding a divi is different to a trust distribution... ie, cer pays a distribution, and cnp pays a divi (eventually).

The only reason cer paid a distribution is to avoid having to pay extra tax because they are a trust (blah blah blah).

At the end of the day, they paid SOMETHING - better than a lot did, so all good.
