Oh, you mean Constantine E. Karayannopoulos? I really like the bio. Curiously though it failed to mention he was the Chairman of Molycorp, the owner of the Mountain Pass rare earth mine, when it filed for bankruptcy in 2015, and similarly failed to disclose he was a defendant in a class action "for violations of the U.S. federal securities laws on behalf of purchasers or acquirers of Molycorp securities between February 21, 2012 and October 15, 2013".
And for posters that aren't aware, the Mountain Pass mine is now operating again, under new ownership. Karayannopoulos is no longer on its BOD.
Yep, he's precisely the sort of guy I'd go to for advice on how to run a successful rare earth operation. Not.
