Maybe it has been posted here before? But if not, it’s quite an interesting overview on the topic & a massive market, so thought it worth sharing.

A key issue remains the reliability & accuracy of biological data being collected. The foresight of CardieX getting FDA approval for wearables, I think this again demonstrates how important this is. I found it interesting that coaches rely on this data to maximise performance of athletes & also to prevent injury & burnout.
