@Moonshine66I was wondering what your thoughts are on the two underlying businesses from a fund management perspective.
I have an interest in GQG doing well and believe you are right about that fork in the road taken.
Looking at IOOF, AMP and other fund managers in the Australian market, have always seen limited performance moving forward based on reaching that $100B FUM level.
GQG is US based primarily and has the potential of reaching FUM of $US500B to $US1T, similar to Blackstone (21% annual growth with $US600B+) and Franklin Templeton (10% annual growth with $US1.5T).
Which way do you think MFG will head? Do you think they are the one Australian Fund Manager that can break the $100B poor performance curse and how do you think they will achieve that?
