Yes. Every precaution was made by said employee. On the other hand if an employee says shove your vaccine it is clear that the employee has a devil-may-care attitude that doesn't fit with a healthy work environment. Probably doesn't hold a driver licence, refused to buy a train or bus ticket and refuses to drive on the left hand side of the road.
