    Just to let you guys know that as a long term Holder of GBA stock i got free shares in both BPH and MMR as a free inspecie Distribution>

    The new Biotech spin offs will happen when demand for risk returns to the market.

    To get your free shares the company has to convince new holders to subscribe @ .20 cents.

    The IPO market is not ready for that yet so you just got to be patient !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
