New shares - coming soon?, page-21

I just checked Link and found out that I received 50% of what I applied for. I had 100,000 shares (1,000,000 shares of the original FTT before reducing them by 90%) and I applied for the same amount of share that I had (ie 100,000) and paid $4000. According to link I received only 50,000 shares, and my total holding is now 150,000.
Reading the few posts before mine, I am not sure what was the base of the scaling back, some received 65% of what they applied for, some 66% and I received 50%, I am confused, anyone worked out their formula?? Your thoughts guys
