they pro rata based on how many shares you had previously. not sure the exact method they use (you could do it a few different ways) but similar result in the end. e.g. if you had 100k shares and i had 1m shares, but you applied for $50k and I applied for $10k, i will still receive more than you since i held more shares before, even though i applied for much less. doesn't matter how much you applied for.
