    Hi tolloy I have been ignoring your insults for multiple post it is time for me to speck up.

    Again personal evaluation with little real life experience to evaluate against. Just like you told me all aircraft would use CE coating for Deicing probably by 5 years ago. No mater how much I explained. you insisted you were correct. Almost 8 years and it is not even in FAA test.

    First where is IP? Not at patent office! Lamp is a Chinese design which they have modified and improved. The base technology is still Chinese. You disagree just point out some IP. Yes they would absolutly keep details extremely confidential but would not they at lease say what it involved? "KAM has done wonders". Yes he has! I do not want to discredit him. What he did with NEXT was amazing. 2025 is not even close enough to compare with NEXT. What don't' you get about differences. 500M and 3 contents VS 40 million in his own yard. Yes he has a PHD but where do you see any experience for managing multiple projects on multiple continents totaling AU 500M. Yes the design is Chemical and Metallurgical. Construction is nuts and bolts and keeping track of hundreds of people doing different things. many sub contractors. If you think this is just a small step forward from NEXT you are showing just how much you do not know. What experience do you have even as a junior team member managing something this size? Put the cursor on every board member and every VP. Who has any experience in projects this size? Maybe not leading them just being a team member. Answer is none.


    You call me a wannabee engineer. Though my career was delayed till I was 27 I managed to earn enough to retire at 55. No inheritance, my wife did not work while children were growing. I have many patents and they are diverse. I have managed the construction of the control system for a big Hydrofluoric Acid Petrol cracking plant in oil city Texas. What engineering have you managed that gives you expertise to evaluate engineering projects? Are you still doing what you were doing when I knew you.?

    They have not had an engineering or RD department since AL took over. They have no VP of Engineering and Zero money spent on engineering! Show me in the last 6 ARs any engineering spending!!! Where is this team you mention? YES Manufacturing people have many good idea and can contribute significantly but can they do it all? If they have manufacturing people doing this they should break them out. Most countries have tax incentives for what you spend on engineering. If KAM has these great ideas. Why have we not heard one of them in a May update or a CC. Exact implementation is highly confidential. General course of action is not.

    Tell me why After 18 months of Lynas saying nothing about PDF no indication of any thing wrong. They suddenly have to change locations and ask for a license extension because Covid delayed them. How does covid cause a change of location? If covid was the cause should they not have been telling us sooner? PDF is in KAM's back yard As VP of upstream should he have not had some ideas things were not going well a year earlier? or at least 6 months, a year after signing contract?

    When stock was at USD 20.00 split adjusted I dined with you and I said sell all your stock which you never did. I spelled out why and how NC was mismanaging LAMP Posted for 6 months if NC made the same mistakes in next 2 Qs CC I was out, I got out. You did not learn you are still telling me how crazy I am. No need to believe me I am OK with you having your own opinions but after the first experience I should think you would at least think about it. Instead insults assumptions and no data.

    Every ones knows how 90 % of startups crash. Here is a fact that many do know and why most VCs get out early. About 75% of start up that receive VC financing succeed with their initial product introduction. Often early and underbudget great for IPOs. The 90 % failure comes in when you include the second generation product. They are full of their success and think they know what is needed and seldom realize the complexities of doing a second product while first is going on. Results failure. It is why VCs try to get the bulk of their money out as quick as possible.

    I look at AL and NEXT as her first very successful project. I look at 2025 as her second.

    Couple this with a policy of employee retention where the secret is not just compensation but the excellent reputation Lynas has built over the years by being genuinely and actively interested in the community. This all adds up to a supercharged company accumulating IP, experience and is actually using these huge competitive advantages to define the rare earth industry. I don’t think most people get this…

    This is also what may cause her to fail. Trying to boost people into situations they are not ready for. This is always a good thing to do for a few people it does exactly what you say. When you do it across the board and do not add seasoned experienced people to help and guide you are on very thin ice. I thought this when I saw the 2025 plan in 2019 but kept quite for almost 2 years. It was not until I saw two updates with no usable new data I saw the PDF slip. Then lots of pretty pictures of KAL C&L with little data ( always a sigh of problems). That I started to talk. The 2025 Plan of 500m. From Q4 report G&A and operations was 252M FY 2021. (if you want to dig into note A of AR you will see some things that do not belong in 252M. So 2025 is 500M this is about 2 X the yearly operation budget. Yet she is running it all with existing people? Just think what this means! No wonder no one knew what was happening with the PDF. A true sigh of a major contractor not being properly monitored. No wonder the town manager in Texas did not even know about the plant when asked by reporters, not a good public relations move. The Texas HREE facility got tied to the government LREE project. Plans were submitted this summer to US gov we have heard nothing about them since then and the only schedule and cost we have is the original HREE. I do not want details just a summerly like we got in may 2019. I think this US proposal was a great idea I think company did the right thing. BUT They made a big deal how important the Texas HREE was for Lynas in the initial 2025 Plan. Should not the inclusion of LREE deserve an update on its impact? No details just we expect this much time to be added to schedule. Cost will rise by XXM but YYM will be offset by government funds. Do you even rember what was said in the 2019 presentation?

    You defending KAL I have a question. Did you even review What KAL is critical for? The LAMP is schedule for license to be renewed in March 2023. If this project is not into testing what a powerful weapon for SMSL. Concentrate cannot be shipped to lamp after June 2023. the current government will probably extend this but again more fuel for SMSL Again I said start up and testing would take at least 6 months after construction finish I laid out what the time line would be. You did not take on a single item. Say I was wrong because... Instead you resort to insults and broad sweeping statement. If you think they are fine why don't you give details using the projects rather than insults and broad sweeping statements with zero data. Keep dreaming. Dreamers seldom care about accuracy just want to be happy no mater what the details may be.
    My schedule which is many times better than lamp much better than I have seen industry do in general.
    Full construction license for KAL 1 NOV 2021
    Foundations, construction, and assembly complete 18 months April 2023.
    Start up and testing to achieve plant at 40% of rated output meeting all quality standards. 9 months December 2033.
    So what do you think it will take? Do not insult people. Make your own ideas clear and support them. Then time can judge.


    JUMP shift subjects You had no comments on my prediction of 125M to 140M for Q1. Many on this board have posted that Q1 will be up from 186M Q4. Q2 should be up from Q1 but still below Q4. I make no qualifications for this I expect Malaysia to allow 100 % operation. You have all these things to say about company what is your prediction? Nice thing about this prediction it will take less than 3 weeks for us to know who is correct. I do not mind being wrong I will always learn something.
