as many know va roles in ph is huge and many dont declare their incomes.
tho i think its really only for small timers or beginners.
and the major hurdles just to get registered as a va sole trader equiv puts many of them off from registering.
those doing it long enough would have been declaring already.
this is the target market that i believe is ripe for pil. why cos these guys have 2nd incomes and can afford loans.
