I couldn't agree more with the following statement you made:
"LLC is a world class property manager and I have full confidence with the people they have put in place in LLP they will outperform other retirement and age care companies in the long term."
I was originally invested in BBC but sold out and sat on the sidelines until I found out what happened to the trust. I told myself all along that if LLC stepped up to the plate that I would be back in like a flash and that is exactly what happened.
I now feel very bullish about this stock long-term for the same reasons you cited in your post.
The recent projections of Australia's population in 2049 and the percentage of elderly and senior citizens rising sharply and LLP's position as Australia's largest owner, operator and developer of retirement villages and aged care facilities positions them very well for significant growth over the coming decades IMO.
