PickEm, I totally agree. Options have a huge risk factor and millions of options expire everyday in companies throughout the world. You can't expect a company to extend options each time they fail to meet your expectations or expire due to share prices.

I personally think TEX has a greater reason for this capitol raising than just cashflow. Time will tell....
