If it breaks 8cents, then she'll make a very strong run.. Options are atarting to move as well... Its a buyers stock at the moment and for very good reasons, p/e would inidcate that at minimum the stock should be around 10c... If new order are announced soon, then this baby should move through 14-20cents...just my thoughts...
