This looks suspiciously like a substantial holder exiting their position and locking in profits. As it's such a thinly traded stock it's spooking the recent investors who bought in in the mid-high 20's and they're selling to preserve their capital.
I suspect the dust will settle soon and once it does it'll take off. The main seller will be out of their position and the short term traders trying to preserve their capital will have sold thier shares to those who see much greater value in this company and are willing to hold for a while. Me being one of them. I guess time will tell if I'm right in this belief.
There certainly seems to be more than me who thinks it's cheap at these prices though.
