The CTO Anil Mankar has stated a number of times in line with the statements of the previous CEO that the proof of concept clients who will be spending 30 to 50 million to implement the IP have indicated that they want to see the final commercial version of the AKD1000 running before they commit. Anyone with any knowledge of proof of concept knows this is how it works. Again untrue statement formulated as such to create fear where none should exist.
3. the lack of transparency is concerning. Untrue. The company has explained to anyone who cares to listen that they have an issue with the ASX regarding the disclosure of companies protected by NDA agreements. Every shareholder should unless they lock themselves in a steel vault and refuse to receive communications will know precisely where the company is up to it is testing the production chips one at a time to ensure that only perfectly functioning chips go to proof of concept customers. They have also advised that they are close to releasing the Tacheon Pi & modules for purchase via the Brainchip website. They have advised that they are recruiting engineering and scientific staff and building the sales team. They have made transparent through their actions of releasing videos and attending trade shows and being sponsors and announcing their attendances in advance how they are marketing AKIDA technology. They have provided time lines for the search and appointment of a superstar CEO. Again untrue statement formulated as such to create fear where none exists.

4.the directors selling shares is concerning. Untrue. There is only one director selling shares via an agreement with LDA Capital and the reasons for that sale are fully disclosed to shareholders in the ASX announcement. Again untrue statement formulated as such to create fear where none exists.

My opinion only based on easily accessible information from Brainchip the company DYOR

Only on the BRN thread can the fact that a company has not managed to find a CEO FOR 6 MONTHS+ be not considered a concern.
