It is a bit dissappointing but had to happen at some stage. Money for projects and retiring debt is a good thing - but at $0.022.....?
Short term price may be hit but should recover shortly after IMO.
Not the announcement I was waiting for!
P.s: I agree - they must have major confidence in the gem they are holding
