Hmm, me too. Sheesh, tough choice.
Need to stump up 1c to convert and 2.2c to participate so not to be diluted. Total cost of 3.2c per share.
Otherwise do nothing and let options become diluted. So comes down to my confidence in the company I guess. Do I think BCN will be worth 10c on statement of JORC...
