Well he's been at the helm a year and during that time our share price has gone from the 60s to a dismal 30.5 of today, and the dividend has gone from 1c to diddly squat. This poor shareholder feels like this quote is lip service to pass a remuneration report and the issuing of bonuses, so the money keeps flowing to the top. I'm proudly declaring I'm voting against both these. In rampant capitalism a trickle down effect is a fallacy. Working for the good of all involved and with fairness in mind, doesn't rank.
