Thanks Iseki. He certainly is enthusiastic about the edge and pushing the processing out as far as possible and is strong on the massive (his word) opportunity it presents and picks up on what I was suggesting about big players like Intel putting in place the infrastructure to facilitate it.

He becomes easier to understand as you listen to him but I got the clear impression he was trying to get his points across in an environment where others were being given preference so he felt the need to rush and speak quickly.

I think in a more relaxed one on one where he is it he would slow down and his speech would become clearer.

My first impressions were of an intelligent, passionate, energetic guy in a hurry.

A lot to like.
