I agree - perhaps not enough liquidity for a fund to start aggressively buying. Most of the insto's who bought at the IPO wouldn't be trading it - leaving a very small volume being traded each day...
I haven't given the broader banking sector much consideration - I am just hoping Sherman & Co can keep executing over time
